Add a Site ID

The minimum access level for Site ID addition is Enterprise Administrator.

Navigation

To access Site Maintenance from the Main Menu:

  1. Click the Administration link.

  2. Click the Site Maintenance tab.

OR

  1. Click the Admin tab.

  2. Click the Site Maintenance tab.

To Add a Site ID:

  1. Click Add.

  2. Enter the following data. Bold indicates a mandatory field:

 

Field

Description

Site ID

The three letter site code.

Site Name

The name of the site.

Site Address

The company name.

Site Address1

The street address and the building name.

Site Address2

Site City

The city where the site is located.

Site State

The state where the site is located.

Site Zip

The zip code of the site.

Site Country

The country where the site is located.

Active

This check box is selected if the site is active.

CAR Exportable

This check box sets the default setting on the individual CAR. A check mark indicates that by default, this site’s CARs are exportable. No check mark would indicate that by default, this sites CARs are export controlled.

 

  1. Click Save. A pop-up message opens confirming site addition.

     

     

  2. Click OK.
