Sort Selection

To Select a Sort Field:

  1. Select the field from the list box based on the data generated from the Field Selection.

  2. To transfer the selected field to the selected fields list box, Click .

  3. To generate the report, click Accept. The report is generated in html format. The total number of records displayed is indicated.

  4. To view the report in excel format, click Export.

     

    1. A new window opens, click View Data in Excel hyperlink. A pop-up message opens with the title File Download.

       

       

       

    2. Click Save. When the Save Asdialog box opens, select a location to save the report to local disk.

       

    3. Click Save. A pop-up message opens with the progress of the download.

       

       

    4. To view the report when the download is complete, click Open.

Field

Description

Field names are listed in the field list box.

Select the field names.

 

To transfer the selected fields to the list box, click this button. Sort the records in the ascending order.

To transfer the selected fields to the list box, click this button. Sort the records in the descending order.

To transfer all the fields to the list box, click this button.

To remove selected fields from the list box, click this button.

To remove all fields from the list box, click this button.
