Documents are attached as evidence supporting the response. Audit Findings may also be documented and attached.
Documents of any format can be attached to CARs by anyone associated with the corrective action process.
The process of attaching documents is as follows:
To attach documents, click Attach.
In the screen displayed, click Upload New. A new screen opens.
In the new screen:
Enter the file name and location to be uploaded or click Browse and select the file.
Enter the file description to provide information regarding the attached file, for example, the title of the file.
Click Upload. The attached file information is present in a tabular format.
Note
To go the previous page, click the Back hyperlink.
To view the file, click View. If the attachment is viewed using Internet Explorer, click Back in the standard toolbar of the browser to return to the application.
The maximum size of the file that can be attached is 6MB.
To delete the file, click Delete.
