Reporting Overview

The Reporting section runs the pre-formatted reports and forms with user-specified filter conditions. By default, the reports generated contain data from the Leading orOwning site. To obtain data from other sites you need to add the Additional Filters. The reports are of the following types:

To Save a Report:

  1. Select the fields and filters to generate a customized report from the Quick Filter through the Sort Selection tab.

     

    The following fields are common to all the tabs in Reporting.

     

    Field

    Description

    Select From Previously Saved Selections

    The selection criteria of the previous selections may be saved and re-used.

    Stored Selection

    The name of the current selection.

  2. Enter the name of the Stored Selection.

  3. Click Save.
